What is your shop's policy?
All sales are final, refunds will not be accepted.

Cancellations and exchanges are OK if the order has not been dispatched yet.

Which countries do you ship to?
As of right now (July 2025) shipping is only available for Canada, and shipping to any EU countries will not be available at any time. 

For orders outside of Canada, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

 

Do orders have tracking?
Not currently, but if you are interested, there should be a listing for just the tracking.

 

How long do items take to ship?
North America: 1 - 2 weeks after dispatch date
International: 2 - 4 weeks after dispatch date
**Please note that these are just estimates, and may take up to 6 weeks.

 

Why did I  have to pay customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for customs and import fees that may apply.

How often do you send out orders?
Processing times are 1-7 business days, with orders being sent out Sunday nights.

Where is my order?
Packages take 1-2 weeks for North America and 2 - 4 weeks for international orders, but may take up to 6 weeks after the dispatch date as a result of delays with regards to the post office.

Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for the package after it has been dispatched, but if your items have not arrived after 6 weeks, please let me know, and I will issue you a refund for the item only.
